How long is the delivery for the items I have ordered?

Unless indicated separately for individual items, the delivery time within Germany is 1-3 working days from receipt of payment or from receipt of the order confirmation in the case of payment on account.

What is the minimum order value in the TONI online shop?

The minimum order value is €20.--. Orders below the minimum value cannot be processed.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery within Germany is free of charge.

Is information provided about the repeat order capability of individual items?

No, you will need to ask in more detail about dates via our hotline or by e-mail.

Will you deliver parts of an order automatically?

No, unless the subsequent delivery date of certain items is hugely delayed. In these cases, TONI is entitled to dispatch part-orders.

What should I remember when returning items?

You can return items you have ordered to the TONI online shop within 14 days free of charge. To do this, simply use the prepared address sticker on the returns slip enclosed with out packages. Please enclose a copy of the invoice or the delivery slip and hand over the parcel in the DHL Parcel Shop to be sent to the following address:

Please note that products that were made for you individually may not be exchanged. The same terms apply for reduced items. Please do not damage or mark the items. Return the items to us in the original packaging if possible, with all accessories and all packaging elements. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please make sure that you use suitable packaging to provide sufficient protection against transport damage so that claims for compensation due to damage caused by defective packaging are avoided.
